Headhunting placements come with a 90-day guarantee. If the hire doesn't work out within that window, we replace them at no additional cost. EoR and Managed clients can request a replacement at any time.

Yes. All candidates are screened for availability during your business hours. Most of our talent is in regions with overlapping or adjacent time zones, and all are experienced working with US-based teams.

Absolutely. We screen for communication skills, cultural fit, and English proficiency. Many of our placements work directly with clients in customer service, sales development, and account management roles.

Headhunting fees are invoiced upon successful placement. EoR and Managed services are billed monthly. All payments are processed via wire or ACH. No upfront fees for any model.
